With our Code of Conduct, we provide a framework in which the fundamental rules for various areas of our business activities and social interactions are defined. With our Code of Conduct, we establish trust between employees and with business partners. In this way, we look to the future and focus particularly on fairness and appreciation in our behavior with each other. The Steinmeyer Group stands for foresight. We not only focus on the implementation of products with innovative ideas, we also consider the processes and interests of all stakeholders.

Our goal is to implement this Code of Conduct in our daily activities and to use it as a guideline for the way how we interact with our fellow human beings.

The Steinmeyer Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct includes 12 principles, categorized into the topics "fairness in relation to employees and business partnerships", "fairness in competition", "anti-corruption", "an appreciative approach to company property", "protection of business secrets and IT security", "avoidance of conflicts of interest and private activities," "compliance with export control and customs regulations," "occupational health and safety," "product safety," "environmental protection and energy efficiency," "protection of personal data" and "financial integrity and anti-money laundering."

It is valid for all employees including the Advisory Board, the management and all executives in the whole Steinmeyer Group.
